COVID Policies

Please review our COVID-19 Policies;

 

– We’ll have limited capacity for IDL Ballroom, Enso and Unicorn Club.


— Tables, Bistros and chairs will be set out for social distancing efforts.


— Temperature checks at the door.


— Mask provided at the door if you do not have one. Yes you can remove your mask if your consuming a beverage.


— Please try to incorporate a mask into your costume!

— For your safety and ours we installed a Reme Halo system throughout our whole facility back in May. This kills 99.9% of all airborne and surface viruses, allergens, dust, mold and other particulates.


— We have a professional company that fogs our whole facility with a medical grade sanitizer before each event.


— We will continue to use plastic cups.


We want to see all of our guests being respectful and considerate of others while we get through this virus!

ATTEND AT YOUR OWN RISK: Tickets come with coronavirus disclaimer. By purchasing your ticket to this event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the show, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold IDL Quad Group LLC, the performers or staff or any of their affiliates liable for any illness or injury. For your safety and ours, we installed in IDL Ballroom, Enso and Unicorn Club multiple Reme Halo systems within the HVAC system throughout our whole facility back in May of 2020. These internal HVAC units actively kill 99.7% all airborne and surface virus, allergens, dust, mold and other particulates 24/7. This extra layer of protection along with our sanitation and safety efforts will help keep all of us, including you, safer. We have hand sanitation stations throughout the facility for your safety and convenience.  Please do not attend the show if you feel sick or are sick. We will be continuing our sanitation efforts and new policies utilizing plastic cups during this time. We want to see all your smiling healthy and happy faces at the show!
